A big story in the art world in 2004 was that "The
Scream" was stolen just
a few weeks before Halloween, 2004. I painted the copy of it and showed up at a costume party/benefit art auction
dressed like this, then the painting was auctioned off.

Pistol Pete, LaVona "Dr" Surearts, and the giant known as
Ken Miller. PJM says,
"You look
like one of those giant guys they find in the Caucasus every few decades.
The severe looks on the Pete and LaVona's faces makes it all the more
hysterical. Like they are the parents of this freakish sasquatch and are
embarrassed to have to come into the city and pose for the papers."
